Description: Sounds of a flock of parrots
Notes: Recorded in a residential area in Pasadena. Yellow-headed parrots are endangered in their native Mexico, but populations (likely descended from escaped pets) exist in downtown and residential Pasadena; local time between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM; skies clear, winds calm; temperature approximately 60 degrees Fahrenheit based on high and low temperatures recorded by the National Weather Service for the area; elevation 721 feet; filtering was applied to the recording to remove background automobile noise.
